This products is made from completely natural wood, hand-finished without the addition of any treatment. Movements, cracks and changes in the appearance of the wood are intrinsic characteristics of these items and result from the natural settlement and diverse environmental conditions. Natural cedar wood can be used outdoor. With time natural cedar color changes to silver gray when exposed to the weather.

Note that cedar wood products are typically shipped in wooden crates for protection during transport. In most cases, one or more screws will be used to secure the piece to the crate at the base. These screws can simply be removed when unpacking.
The small screw holes that may remain are not a defect in production, do not compromise the structural integrity of the product, and do not cause or contribute to cracking. They are part of the standard safety method used to stabilize the item during shipment.
For this reason, these screw points are not considered damage and cannot be used as the basis for a claim.
