Gansk

Gansk and Karpa are the two furniture brands of Albino Miranda, a Portuguese company founded in 1989 that began in decorative sculpture. Karpa launched in 2009 with sculptural pieces for interiors and terraces; Gansk followed in 2015 with a simpler, more restrained line.

Both brands start from sculpture. Tables rise from organic, almost architectural bases, often paired with marble, glass, walnut or brass, and many forms are cast in fiberglass and resin composites suited to indoor and outdoor use. Pieces are largely handmade and finished to order.

At Mondo Collection, the Gansk collection brings both lines together: dining, coffee and side tables, chairs, consoles and wall mirrors, including the Sierra, Magna, Oceano, Dora, Bloom, Diamond and Juliet pieces. Tops and finishes are specified per order, for residences, terraces and hospitality spaces.
