Oscar Maschera

Oscar Maschera is a leatherworking studio in the countryside near Pesaro, in the Marche region of Italy, founded in 2005 by Oscar Maschera and Claudia Serafini.

Every piece is made by hand from full-grain, vegetable-tanned Italian leather, tanned with plant extracts such as chestnut and mimosa. Traditional saddlery and leatherworking techniques are applied to contemporary forms, often in collaboration with established designers.

At Mondo Collection, Oscar Maschera includes the Caballito benches and chaise longue, the Bombo stool, Stecco and Steccolino lamps, the Perfect Day mirror and a series of leather baskets.
